Best CBD Capsules

The team at Pure Green Living has been asked to review the best CBD pills, capsules, and gelcaps you can buy online, and so we did! CBD has been popularly taken in oil or tincture form but CBD capsules are gaining more and more traction these days. Also referred to as pillssoftgels, or gelcaps, they are a great way for people who want to get a dose of CBD but who aren’t fans of having to taste the CBD products (tinctures or gummies).

How Do CBD Capsules Work?

CBD capsules & softgels are compact, convenient, and easy to use, taking them as if you would any other capsule or pill. Of course, this means that the market is flooded with thousands of different products like them.

But which ones win the day? We carefully reviewed and tested a number of the best CBD capsules and would like to share the results.

Our Best CBD Capsules / Softgels

1

Softgels 750 by CBD Pure

Price: $99.99

These soft gels are a must for anyone looking to benefit from CBD. Each bottle comes with 30 capsules. Their gel consistency makes them easy to swallow, each containing natural, organic hemp oil packing 25mg of CBD.

CBD Pure uses full spectrum CBD. They use a highly complex CO2 extraction process to preserve the cannabinoids and terpenes while filtering out impurities. The end result is a potent, clean product that’s third-party tested, the results of which can be seen on their website. Consumers know exactly what they’re getting – and they’re getting a lot.

At $99.00 a bottle, these capsules are rather pricey, but getting the best means paying a higher price.

2

CBD Hemp Oil Softgel Capsules by Populum

                            Price: $109

Populum is known for their extremely high-quality products and their newest product did not disappoint, but more so, exceeded our expectations.

The bottle comes with 30 full-spectrum CBD softgel capsules with a dosage of 25mg each and we love that it has absolutely no unnecessary ingredients, that it is gluten-free, and non-GMO. It came with the third-party lab results from the actual batch of the bottle in the box, which almost none of the other CBD companies do.

Apart from CBD oil, it contains MCT oil from coconuts that gives us essential fatty acids to supplement our brain power.

We can go on and on but to keep it short – Populum's CBD Capsules are definitely top-notch.

3

CBD Capsules by VerifiedCBD

Price: $77.95

An award-winning product from Verified CBD, these 10mg capsules represent some of the highest standards in the industry.

All of their CBD is CO2 extracted for the purest cannabinoids and terpenes available. It also happens to be THC free, non-GMO, organic, gluten-free and vegan-friendly.

Created from the finest USA industrial hemp, each bottle contains 30 capsules. One downside is that they don’t appear to post any third-party lab results on their site.

While they do have sales, the base price is $105.99 for a single bottle, making it rather expensive, considering 25mg products of the same size cost at least slightly less.

4

Gel Capsules by MedterraCBD

Price: $64.95-$99.95

A fantastic product from the experts at Medterra, these capsules offer 25mg
of CBD per pill. Made from only the best approved Kentucky industrial hemp, they adhere to strict industry guidelines, ensuring maximum quality.

All of their CBD products are guaranteed to contain no THC, GMOs or pesticides. Medterra, like any reputable CBD company, employs independent lab testing following its CO2 extraction process to prove its purity.

These capsules are available in 25 and 50mg bottles, each containing 30 pills. Better still, their 25mg variation only costs $64.95, while a 50mg bottle is $99.95 – considerably cheaper, yet just as good (if not better), than many brands on the market. This makes Medterra a great choice for health enthusiasts on a budget.

5

CBD Capsules by CBDistillery

Price: $50-60

Contrary to what the name implies, CBDistillery
has nothing to do with alcohol. What their products do contain, however, is 25mg of GMO and pesticide-free all-natural hemp oil.

Each bottle comes with 30 capsules, each the product of rigorous quality control. Don’t believe them? Just click on the image above the product’s description showing their independent lab test results.

At only $60.00 per bottle, this product isn’t just a steal, it’s a quality steal.

6

CBD Capsules HP by Hempbombs

Price: $59.99-$119.00

Hemp Bombs is arguably one of the best-known CBD brands out there, and for good reason. Inside their creatively designed bottles lies capsules containing certified pure (full spectrum) CBD.

Grown from high-grade European hemp, Hemp Bombs explains that their CBD is free of heavy metals, pesticides and other impurities that they claim are often found in U.S. hemp. Third party lab tests are available to back up everything they say.

Completely THC free, these capsules are available in 15, 30 or 60mg bottles at just $34.99, $59.99 and $99.99 respectively, making them the best value of all the products we’ve reviewed so far.

Note: It's important to base your selection on not only the advertised CBD amounts. Each of these companies have virtually different processes of both processing CBD and measuring that content.

Our Final Thoughts

Whatever your preference may be, these brands definitely offer the best CBD capsules. Remember to consult your doctor first before starting any medical supplements. With CBD  you'll definitely want to start small, especially with pills that contain higher amounts of CBD concentration. If you’re taking adding dosage, wait for a minimum of six hours. Before increasing your intake, it's best to consult a doctor first. Note that there might be significant effects at first ingestion of the capsules or any other cbd products.

Include recommended dosage — number of capsules to take, etc.

  2. Cyrelle says

I think capsules are much better if you’re a beginner in dabbling with CBD. The manufacturers had already decided the right dose for you, so no trial and error when it comes to dosage. CBD is a bit tricky when it comes to dosing since different brands have different concentrations. You could get no effect to an extreme effect if you don’t know what you’re doing. So I’m glad you made this list so beginners can have a choice and opt for capsules instead of experimenting on their own. This can also be their gateway to acquire other wonderful CBD products to their repertoire
